Key pockets to be identified in target center for each product segment.
Gather reports/research papers , information from industry experts and industry associations etc.
Primary Research
Tools: Pilot level telephonic/ F2F interviews with target customers / companies , initial data collection Data collection
STEP - 2
Pilot Phase Interaction:
Pilot level interaction with target companies
Identification of key companies and the key contact point
Initially few pilot interviews with the key stakeholders/ Companies to stream line the research approach and questionnaire
Both – telephonic and face to face interviews will be done with the target customers / companies
Primary Research
In-depth interviews to be conducted to ensure all data points to be collected
STEP - 3
Intense filed research and customer touch points – Both face to face and Telephonic interviews will be done.
Detailed mapping of the target companies and Identifying key contacts in each companies – esp. the decision makers or procurement department.
Telephonic/Face to Face interviews with all stakeholders will be done to collect relevant information related to Product of interest (POI), segments, existing and future demand.
Output
Excel spread sheet based on the deliverables will be prepared and populated . Analysis will be done based on the data obtained
STEP - 4
Data Collation, Analysis and tabulation :
Detailed spread sheet (excel sheet) will be prepared to capture all the details as per deliverables
Output will be submitted in excel format and an executive summary will be presented in PPT
