- It is one step ahead of incubation, wherein Observant consulting will build a dedicated team, provide all the handholding support to set up operations, run the operations to achieve critical milestones and hand-over a running business to the client.
- The idea is to minimize the risk of failures for clients.
How we engage for Incubation/BOT :
- Client signs contract for Incubation Service with Observant consulting (no other formalities).
- We recruit an executive on our payroll, based on client inputs and our own industry expertise.
- The hired executive is based out of Observant consulting’s office.
- The executive is managed locally by Observant consulting from an administrative perspective.
- Eventually when the business gains critical mass requiring a full fledged subsidiary and associated staff, the executive is simply transferred to client’s new India entity
